Cancellation Policy
We require a 90 day (3 month) cancellation notice prior to your arrival date. Deposit will be retained and may be used toward an additional reservation within that calendar year on same size unit and time frame cancelled.

- No telephones in units - pay phone available.
- 25% discount w/2 night min. or 50% Military discount off weekly rate during off season dates: Jan 1 - June 13 (excluding Memorial Day weekend) and Aug 15 - Dec. 31 (excluding Sept. 4-13). Military discount one cottage per credential.
- Charges DO NOT include state tax or tourist tax
- $5.00 per day each additional person over base rate.
- No Charge for children under 10
- Reservations will automatically be cancelled after 7 days without receiving deposit.
- Three nights minimum on holiday weekends.
- Sorry, no refunds for weather conditions, personal situations, late arrivals, or early departures.
- Departures checking out past check-out time are subject to a 1/2 day rental charge.
- Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Eastern time.
- Any damages will be charged.
- All dishes must be washed prior to check-out.
- Pet charge is an additional $10.00 per night. One pet per unit please.
- VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
- No RV's, campers, or tents are allowed.
- No overnight sleeping on boat at Villager Resort dock.
- $25.00 charge for any returned checks.
- No loud music allowed.
- Quiet hour begins at10:30 p.m. each night.
